Good Morning:
My husband and I wanted to thank you for the cleaning services you provide for our family. Having a couple of cats and dogs in the house leaves quite a mess and it is so nice to come home and not have to worry about cleaning it up. We appreciate your willingness to keep the pets in the specified rooms while you are there. Being at work we do not always get to see the gals working but you can always tell they have been there from the clean smell as we walk through our main door. The bathroooms are always sparkling clean and the rest of the house is pretty much the same. So be sure to thank the workers and it does not go unnoticed, you fulfull a great need in our lives and we truly appreciate it.

I forgot to say how happy I was with the cleaning on Friday.

My father-in-law has been very ill and although he is okay now but we have been running around doing things, plus the garden plants I ordered in the Fall all arrived at once and my husband is working long hours. I am ashamed to say that nothing was picked up and put away before Fern came. I am sure that was a big nuisance for her but she did just as good a job as always. It was such a relief for at least one thing to be under control and having the house look so nice was a real stress reducer.

I did say a heartfelt thanks to her but wanted you to know as well,

We are happy customers!

Hi Urban Maids,

Just a quick email to send feedback on Ferne, as we have not done this in quite a while. We wanted to let you know that Ferne has been a solid performer in her cleaning services. She always asks if there is anything special to focus on, and if not she makes a concious effort to rotate extras in as needed - she even swept our bedroom patio off this week which is much appreciated with the nice spring weather!

One difference in service we have noticed is that in the past we have always had 2 maids on site for 2 hours. The last few months Ferne has been coming by herself and spends 4 hours. We did prefer the 2 hour service window more, as we regularly have family visiting and a shorter window where they need to leave is more convenient.

Other than that we are happy customers!

The cleaning services go above and beyond.

I have used Urban Maids since my accident and have found them to be reliable and trustworthy. The cleaning services go above and beyond. I was referred to them from a friend and I will continue to use the cleaners as they are good people.
