Who will be in my home?

Two staff members will be sent to your home and supervised by our management staff. We often will do quality control checks with a manager doing an inspection of the work done in you home. We try to maintain the same team but there are times; personal illness, emergency situations or staff moving on that a new maid may have to sent in to replace a team member.

What time will you be cleaning my home?

Our cleaning hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and you will be scheduled during these times. You may request a clean before or after 12 noon.

Do I need to be at Home?

It is not necessary to be home in fact most or our customers are not. Most clients give us a Key to their home or garage door combination for easy access and don’€™t to have a risk of forgetting and leaving us locked out of your house on your scheduled cleaning day.

If I need to have a cancellation?

We understand that it is sometimes necessary to cancel your cleaning visit. We require 48 hours notice so that we may try to fill the spot with another cleaning. We understand that emergencies do arise and we are sympathetic to that.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

Simply leave a check or cash in a envelope on the counter top each visit we make to your home.

Do you guarantee your service?

All of our work is 100% guaranteed. If you are not happy with your cleaning, simply call us within 24 hours and we will come back and clean the area that you are not satisfied with.
